Does my kit arrive assembled?

No. Our book nook and miniature house kits are supplied as DIY projects. You assemble the structure and decorative details using the instructions provided.

Do I need previous experience?

Experience requirements vary by design. Check each product page for the assembly information and choose a kit that suits your confidence and the time you would like to spend.

What comes in the box?

Contents vary by kit. Each product page explains the components supplied, such as pre-cut pieces, miniature decorations, instructions and lighting components where specified. Check the kit’s own contents list before ordering.

Are glue and batteries included?

No. Glue and batteries are not included in any kit. Assembly tools are not supplied either. Check your selected kit and its instructions for the supplies and battery type or power source required.

How does the lighting work?

Lighting and controls vary by kit. Check the product page for its power source and follow the supplied instructions. Included LED components do not mean that batteries are included.

When will my order arrive, and can I track it?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–9 business days after dispatch. We email a tracking link once your parcel has shipped. You can also use our Track Order page.

Can I return a kit?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Kits should be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging with all parts and instructions. We provide a free prepaid return label. Faulty or damaged items are covered separately; see our Returns & Refunds policy.
